Subrosa in Japan: Day Five & Six

It’s been nearly 90 degrees and severely humid everyday, a hefty drive pretty much every other day, and long nights, well, every night. Even still, the trip has been amazing all around. The highlight being day five in the city of Hiroshima on the 64th anniversary of the dropping of the atomic bomb. We spent a good chunk of the day visiting the A-bomb museum, learning about the destructive force of the bomb, and just how vital it is to get rid of weapons of mass destruction. The entire experience was surreal and enlightening…being somewhere that “we” utterly destroyed just over a generation ago, yet now we’re welcome with open arms and only an underlying message of peace. Everyone was glad that they got the experience…

Oh, and we did some more tourist stuff…then rode bikes. Anything that was filmed for Subrosa’s DVD, Get Used To It, or shot for the pages of the upcoming Ride article were not filmed for the web, so when there’s not much riding in a video, it doesn’t mean that it didn’t happen. Ya know?

Oh oh, and scroll down a bit more for an update on the eating challenge if you’re into seeing Hoang almost vomit…
