A while back Midwest BMX had a video contest and we’ve showed you a few of the winners. Well, we finally have the first place winner here and in this video someone does about 124 tailwhips on a swing, a guy runs a gauntlet before doing a stunt, a girl shows her boobies, and lots of dudes bust out. Good stuff.

im confused…what makes this the best video in the contest? the sloppy footjam whips? the foot and a half high bunny hops over guard rails? drunk people pissing? if you ask me, if someone not involved with the bmx community saw this, they would think the same shitty things people have been thinking about bmxers for years. im very unimpressed.

the object was to have fun, not make a bmx video that was cutting edge or full of bangers, if was super fun to make and ride. remember when bmx was fun and not who could tail whip or, getting noticed. We obviously didnt set out to make an amazing video, we never even cleaned the lens and maybe white balanced once the whole weekend. We had fun, i could give a shit less if we won or not.

Shit that first place video sucked, get serious deserved it. Hope that 2009’s videos won’t have shots of fat bitches tits and terrible riding.
