No, a pedal hang five is with a foot on the pedal rather then on the peg. Bruce Crisman dose them, and it's a pretty popular flatland maneuver.
As far as I know this move is un-named. I have herd it called a "hang on", which makes sense, but it hasn't caught on.

Agreed, this is not a pedal hang5. The real pedal hang5 is pretty much harder than this.

Hang 5's are easy to learn if you build a uni-flat. or just do a lot of peg wheelies tell u dont need to think w/ ur foot it just moves.

from what i have heard. we say hang 5 vegas or hang 5 pedal
