Jim Bauer over at Odyssey explains exactly how to install Twombolt cranks. The two-piece design confuses some at first because it is a bit different from most traditional crank designs, but the instillation is really simple if you follow these easy steps.

Dude, if I never have to install another set of cranks I’ll be happy. Even after you get them on, changing tubes, breaking chains, adjusting chains, keeping everything tight…BLECH!
Ride more, work on your bike less!

If you have Odyssey cranks you can go faster than with Flow Pedals.
Is this a good time to post a link to the Flow Pedals installation video?
FYI tactile pedals = flow pedals.

I’ll make sure to run-out and get a fixie.
To each his own. Have fun riding. No matter where, what, or when.
Is this the real Jim Bauer? If so, hit me up with an email. It’s a real honor. If not, never mind.

I’ve ridden Odyssey parts since 1992.
I have nothing against them, although I’d probably be more stoked on them if they made their own parts in the US to put some of you schwags to work (you have waaaay too much time on your hands to sit around a hate all over the Internet like you do :)!
Seriously, though, I’d love to work for Odyssey. It’s a GREAT company and has very strong roots in BMX Freestyle tradition.

John Dale
