if you cant install an integrated headset, you should quit riding. i mean seriously the parts have progressed to be so much simpler a 5 year old could install it.

Keep in mind there are a lot of beginner riders that visit this site that may not have friends or a bike shop around to help them with their bike. Everyone has to start somewhere…

i guess.. but its not like you can do it wrong, i mean the beveled side goes in only one way, you cant put it in upside down, it wont go. but whatev, hopefully it helps someone.

i work at a skatepark and id say about 50% of the kids install their headsets sooo wrong….upside down bearings, no race, old unsealed part just thrown in there… ive seen it all. good vid

Hey i have a Mirraco Icon Intro 08 bike and i wanna upgrade my standard headset 2 an intergrated. Will this Verde 1 fit if u could reply that would be great thanks!
