Professional flatland rider Matt Wilhelm has a great instructional DVD called “Ground Rules” that explains a ton of tricks along with other necessities for BMX riders. In this section from his DVD Matt explains how to build a bike piece by piece including everything from installing a headset to dialing in the back wheel.

how do you remove the pedals after??

It helped me but installing a standard headset is way harder than wat he did. I do not know wat to do

the only thing he left out was installing the brakes. other than that its a good video, very helpful if you want to know how to put a bike together

GREAT simple build for a kit. Just need to show brakes (after all, he did instal a gyro) and maybe spoke lace for those who buy parts instead of kits.

he didnt leave out installin the brakes its a 4 part series there not on this site the look it up on youtube
