“Last weekend I crashed riding UBC in Vancouver and got the end of my handlebar in the stomach. I tore all the muscle and tissue apart in my stomach causing a hernia. I’m schedualed for surgery in the next few weeks and I will probably be riding again just in time for the rain to start in Vancouver. yo mother fuckers do u know how hard it is to come by a legit crash clip…….?one that when u watch everytime u dont even laugh ? if cam man had of stopped filming sam in pain………that night when sam gets home turns on the cam n the crash clip is gone ? sam would fucking loose it ….. i fucking ate shit! have to get surgery ! and i dont even have the clip sweet. u show crashs like that to ur kids to show them how tuff u are down the road

yeah when i get hurt bad, it’s not like i’m going to be crying for help. mommy ain’t gonna be there to take the pain away. just gotta walk it off. if people hear a crack, see blood, etc they’re not gonna be dumb and not call 911. recording the moment is worth it though, lol…most of the time.

wow that really sucks i did the same thing but i blew a hole in my small intestine the size off an egg and ended up being life flighted to the hospital but now im all better and riding so i give you my best wishes with recovery
