BUILDING A CHAMPION PART III: ALISE POST

For the third installment of the ODI and RIDE BMX/Race Building a Champion series, one of the most dominant female BMX racers takes you inside her world. A Minnesota native, Alise “The Beast” Post knows all to well the importance of keeping herself in peak physical condition – especially during those long and frigid winter nights where riding is nearly impossible.

In 2012, London was not kind to Post as her dream of bring home Olympic gold came crashing down as she fell in the final straightaway during the semis. Now four years later she seems more focused than ever on getting redemption and being on top of the podium in Rio next month.

Part three of our series will take you behind the scenes as The Beast narrates with chilling words that get your heart racing and blood pumping. Will this be the year that Alise overcomes the countless obstacles and reigns victorious? We will find out in just over a month as the Olympic Games invade Rio!
