When Jamie Bestwick, Chad Kagy, Steve McCann, DMC, and Jimmy Walker, amongst others, get on the vert ramp, you-know-what hits the fan. X Games 14 Vert Finals was a high intensity jam, here are the photos to prove it...

You know ESPN didn't show you all of the action. With one of the wildest bowl courses ever built, the Super Park finals went off. Come on in for photos of all the guys who made the finals and see what tricks they threw down.

If you didn't know already, X Games is a big deal. Along with the multi-million dollar event comes nightly parties at hotels and clubs across the Los Angeles area where a lot of wild stuff goes down. We went to a few of these parties and have a handful of snapshots of the fun times after hours.

Here is our last video from X Games 14; the vert finals. All of the heavy hitters and bangers are in here including a solid two minutes of the best vert rider out there, Jamie Bestwick. Whenever we post vert videos it seems people can never get enough of Bestwick, and since all his runs are dialed, we put as much of him in this video as possible.

Yesterday was the last day of the BMX events at X Games 14. This was the first year they've ever had a Superpark contest, and there were some mixed reviews about the course. Mixed reviews or not, Daniel Dhers is still on top of his game and is a machine when it comes down to putting together contest runs. Watch Daniel, Diogo Canina, and Rob Darden win the medals and all the others who rode in the finals at the Home Depot Center in this highlights video.

Well, he's done it again. Jamie Bestwick is the undisputed king of vert and is taking home gold from X Games for the second year a row. Chad Kagy and Steve McCann are also taking home medals, and surprisingly Kevin Robinson did not make it to the super finals.

Dave Mirra called it out when we interviewed him a few days ago on the deck of the ramp, and he was absolutely right. Daniel Dhers took home the gold medal here at X Games for the second year in a row. However, the two other medalists were a bit of a surprise, but well-deserved.

When you put a 50 foot and 70 foot ski jump in front of a 26 foot tall quarter pipe in the middle of a packed stadium and hang tens of thousands of dollars above the heads of BMX riders, incredible things happen. Each year we see an intense amount of progression at X Games and this year is no different. Check out some never been done before tricks attempted and pulled in this wild video of Big Air finals.
