A question if you will.. i am a ride from way back, in the days of eddie fiola, mike domingez, dizz hicks, rl osbourn, fred blood, mark eaton, kevin jones, and so on,, i have rode a bike from the time i was 12 up to about four yrs ago, when i had a real bad crash,, shattered my ankle, broke a few ribs, broke my arm, and got a concusion all in one major wreck, have not been on a bike since,, but have folloewd the sport the whole time, not my question is, be 37 now,, is that to old to keep rideing, i am seriously looking to get bake into, i miss rideing a lot,, but are you ever to old to quit something you love to do???? Would love to hear some opinions on this,, should i, or shouldnt i ride again??? thanks for taking the time to read this and thanks to anyone that post some advise

why not ride again.
and if you have kids thats even better b/c then you can ride with them and having some bonding time..

yeah as long as u feel u are ok to ride then u should ride as long as your physically able to ride you should keep on riding dude ! why not!

i new a guy that was like in his late forties when he last went to woodward to ride so man, just ease into it and take it slow at first. try riding park and just get used to your bike again. im gona quit when im dead so there you have it.

Man, I'm 38 and still ridin'. Your bones and body won't let you ride quite the same anymore, but know your limits and ride to have fun. The bug bit me hard again about 3 years ago, or so…..now I have 4 20″ bikes and 1 24″ cruiser to go with my 2 mountain bikes AND I just got back surgery yesterday! I'm gonna take the New England winter to work on my bikes, let my back heal and hope Spring comes fast! You don't need to be able to do triple whips to ride again…..get back on and have fun!

dennis mccoy is still riding and he's like 43 dude just go for it
there's this guy i know who's 47 and he rides bmx downhill dirt jumpers and builds trails better and more often than any of us
go for it
