I need help on my barspins 360's,tailwhips, footjams,and feeble grinds

any help would be great cause i cant get them down no matter what and i dont know why? But i know theres good riders on here so im asking people

on your footjams, whatever way you turn…saying that you air out right foot forward, turn left, put your weight forward-or-put your hands down to get the nose down, have your right foot come DOWN [from that position] onto your tire AFTER the front is down…moving your foot forwards rather than down can cause you to pedal, and pedalling the slightest bit can make the frame go to the side and make going back in hard…have your foot on the tire blah blah blah…if you kept your wrists straight, but slightly curved, you can straighten them and make the back end come up more [insert rear tire grab or one-handed variations here]

coming in: straighten wrists, lean to the side/point head to the left [if that's the way you're going back in], return foot to right pedal supposing the pedal didnt move, lean more, use left foot that is back and guide the frame so it is straight for the come in, and lift up the bars abit if you were over the coping or just ride down if you were on the coping for the footjam.
