metal have better grip and are stronger and more durable but are heavier and hurt more when they nail you in the shins

i think plastic is the best but between the hamiltons or the odysseys the hamiltons are better for street cuz the knurls on them pick up dirt really quick and the pins are not as big the odysseys. on the other hand the odysseys have no knurls and have huge pins but the plastic it is made out of is softer so if you go to grind or somthing with them the pins wear down reallly quick. right now i am riding the hamilton pc since i dont do dirt, for about 6 months and i still have all the grip i need

I have Odyssey PC's on my bike right now and I hate them. I ran out of grip in about a week riding street/park/dirt. Plastic is terrible for luc-e grinds and pedal stalls so if I had to recomnd petals i would go with metal even though they kill your shins.

It all depends on the ride it's all about what you like!!!
Plastic pedals are good for weight loss to the bike…
They are also durable for trails because your not pedal grinding or bashing your pedal!!!
Metal well they are good to they are more durable than plastic but havyer than plastic

The added grip and durablility in metal pedals is totally worth the thrashed shins and added weight get aluminum ones if you’re so worried about weight i personally hate it when people pick pedals based on weight
