i was thinking about the pcs because i hate doing a grind and putting down my pedal by accident. and the weight is awesome too. but then i rode my friends trailmix
|
i have great faith in fools… my friends call it self-confidence

i re-tapped the threads in my pedal and figured if i was going to get new ones soon, im gonna ride the living daylights out of my mags. guess i got something to prove by wrecking my mag pedals. im gonna get the flys when mine are all wrecked and pins on both sides are ripped out

Don't the odyssey pc's come in metal too? And the Hamilton's are gonna be in plastic, just check out the animal site.

yeah, they come in metal,,,the cielinki's. they area identical in look, but they also have them in magnesium-and are kinda good because the pins screw in differently. also they had another pair of pedas w/ the “twisted” plastic that gave a bit more strength to prevent flex and to make them harder to bend.

since yesterday I have a animal pedal and a odyssey pc and both of them are really great. I say trust plastic , metal is cool and i think i am gonna stick with meatl for a while but yesterday when i was riding both of my feet slipped as much. What i think i am gonna do is i am going to get the animal plastic and maybe a animal metal for my left side.
the animal plastic look dope as fuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you know how huge of a waste of money that would be for a few ounces? And everybody would pick on you for having 2 different pedals. Just get demolition team pedals and be happy like everybody else that has them.

or i could sell the 2 extra pedals to a friend that has pegs on the right! The demolition feel really good but i dont like the fact that you have to put the allen key in the pin. Cuz when u grind they are really hard to take out.

Just use a set of pliers to get them out, thats what I do. Its actually quicker and easier than using the allen wrench.

i ride white sealed animals with long pins up front, really good and strong but they collect dirt like a vacume.

im just get my new pair of primo plastic pedals and i like the grip on them
i never used pc pedals but i try whit this pedals to see how it feel hehe
and of course they weight a lot less than my primo balance magnesiums

i ran primo tenderizers foreverrrrrrr!!!!!
and just got plastics not too long ago.
they arnt bad but once they wear down a little feet slip off pretty easily. im hating that alot.

all i've ever had were metal, right now i have the odyssey trailmix without knurling and extra long pins, they're nice cus the pins are replaceable and i dont have to worry too much about scraping up the actual pedal. My friend has the eastern plastics and he likes them a lot. I'm probably gonna get some odyssey plastics in black cus when i grind i'm usually doin feebles or something where my pedals arent scraping.
Its also nice how cheap the plastic pedals are compared to metal.
