Eastern Bikes are good but not their low end models unless u upgrade them.

U should buy the cheaper stuff first like bars, grips, pedals, brakes and levers, seats and seat posts, tires, even forks and cranks.

I have a fully custom Eastern Element '07 and the only stock thing on it is, the frame and the forks. Don't waste the money u have on a new bike, invest it on the bike u just got. Hope this helps ya man. :D

upgrading a bike is so much more worth it than buying a complete bike. it might be more money to do but once its mostly all upgraded it feels like no complete bike can.

Get like a Demolition Front Wheel and then get a Custom back wheel. It should be able to make your bike a little lighter but idk if it will be under $300 depending on what rim or hub you get.

dont dont dont get a demolition hub. it will break on you

start with essentials when upgrade

get new bars forks pedals grips tires and maybe a front hub if you have enough

Yeah, I say spend time upgrading, like every decent bike is around 400, bikes under 300 usally arent the greatest

Message me if you know if there Is any competitions in Ontario

stolens are fine, but i wouldn't get something under 300 your better off just dealing with your bike until for a month or so so you have 400 or so to get something nicer than those it would be worth it in the long run
