I lean a bit backwards and pinch the seat with my knees (nope, i don´t slam the seat all the way down)

Think my riding sucks? ask your sister.

grip it and rip it…
even if you have your seat slammed, pinch your knees where it would be so they are out of your way
and dont try to throw your bars before your peaked in the air, it'll never work that way
and most of all, higher hop = more time for your spin

im like a dog chasing cars… even if i caught one, i wouldnt know what to do with it

a foam pit may not be your best bet at first, you may want to try them from flat or a mellow bank at first

Just throw em haha and you can learn em on flat by just leaning back onto your back wheel and then once you dial em in that way then bunnyhop and do it. Thats how I learned em

Search the how-to section… we have a few good ones in there for different kinds of barspins. Good luck!

The best advice I can offer is to just hop and throw. Make sure your legs are straight at the top of your hop otherwise you'll bang you knees. You might hit your knees/shins a few times, but that's all part of learning. Good luck!

Heh, I actually learned them in my bedroom when it was too snowy outside to go ride when I was like 15.
