Well that is a good thing. Pat is too talented for a small company. he needs to propose to non-bike companies with the really huge budgets for endorsement contracts. Could be as simple as travel + entry fee + hotel + extras for promotional appearances in the media, once he gets some bigger wins demand an increased event / promotions budget and negotiate the installment of an annual salary
