Help Mike Vincent Get His Vision Back

Good morning to all of you,

On my way home from New Jersey and New York several months ago, I had a brief visit with Michael in his Mom’s Virginia home. He looked great and his mind is sharp. I was amazed at how independent he is around the house. But it is sad that when he speaks of so many of you that he talks in past tense… I remember when… We used too…  Michael, Mike, Vinny, what ever we know him as, really does need our help. His life is not going to be complete until his vision is restored. You need to know that he does have very brief moments where he does see something. Sometimes in one eye, sometimes the other, then weeks with nothing. It may be hazy, blurry or shadows, but he does see. He can describe what he sees. So, his optic nerve has some real hope and it is promising that these treatments in China will help.

These are tough times. Your moral support, prayers, gifts, e-mails, phone calls have been appreciated very much. Many are unable to do more and that is understandable. But, if you can provide additional help get this young man to China for these treatments, please do so.
