Dejavu, eh? Since Fly now offers just about every part you need to build a bike from the ground up they are putting together a few completes to show off what can be done with their product range. Here’s the second offering…an olive green and white bike.
The only parts Fly does not make at this time are spokes, chains, and brake cables.

why are the seats always so low in these builds?

the seats are low cause its the style. same reason the bars are big. funny thing is, bmx racers have been doing that for years!
i also remember when you had to have your seat high to pinch for barspins. now you dont pinch at all. wtf….
