This month’s Pro Q&A is with none other than Southern California’s Kurt Rasmusson. Whether Kurt’s shredding a backyard pool with team Shralp, pushing the boundaries of street riding like in his epic video part in Left/Right or in Sunday’s Up Up And Away, or working his day job family business of custom kitchen cabinets, you shouldn’t have too much trouble thinking of some solid questions for him. Still no luck… you could also ask him about his fondness for the low-top Reebok Club-C’s, what was going through his mind when he fell on that crazy wallride attempt in Road Fools 16, why he smiles so damn much, or maybe just congratulate him on buying a house and getting engaged.
As always, ask you questions in the comments below and please include your first name!

Hey Kurt,
Bottom bracket grind is such a boring name. My friends and I have been doing them for a while and we have been calling them “Granny Grinds” (Front wheel rolling on the ground). Different from Derek Dusters (Keep the front wheel up and not rolling on the ground). What do you think of calling them Granny Grinds? Can that be the name for them from now on? BTW the one you did on Road Fools was sick! Have you been doing them a lot lately?

Hey. I got to watch “Up, Up and Away” this weekend thanks to Jim C sending Stephen Savage an advanced copy. Your section was really great. What motivates you to ride? Is there anything you wanted to do for that DVD that just didn’t workout?
