Block out the banners, pop-up tents, drink stands, DJ booth, microphone and speakers, factor rigs, Fuel TV cameras, catered food, paparazzi, prizes, and swarms of gnats, and focus in on a bunch of dirt freaks riding their bikes for fun and Fuzzy’s jam was everything a good riding jam/session should be. People hucking themselves—well, Hucker hucking himself—dudes flowing through the jumps, big time tricks, and lots of smiles—that’s what it’s all about. And by all means, I’m not dissin’ the corporate contingent. It made it that much better. Money was raised for the ARF, drinks were flowing for free, food was served, and we were loving every minute of it. If anyone knows how to throw a session, it’s Fuzz. Thanks go out to Fuzzy and his wife Terri for opening their house to everyone and showing everyone a good time.
