when will they have a pc pedal with sealed bearings or bushings? i like my odyssey pedals except for the play in the bearings after a week of riding which happens with all unsealed pedals for me.

Can’t find the Haro Recycled Plastc Pedals? Try a haro retailer.
They can definitely hook you up, plus if you ask to see what haro has offer as far as a product catalog you’ll find all kinds of goodies. Those pedals are probably the best plastic pedal available.
Great grip plus the middle of the pedal has a platform which is great because all you have to do is put pressure on that and the grip of the molded pins releases allowing you to reposition your foot easily especially during manuals. Good luck.

yeah i agree with yo buddy,i wonder if some companys can make a plastic pedals with a sealed bearings, cuz the unsealed ones wear so fast and always are making loud noises.

What is the big deal with using plastic pedal? Back in the day they thought it would be cool to make & sale plastic shoes called Jellies. Trust me they were not cool!

I personally don’t like the feel of a plastic pedal when comming down hard. Too Scary
April 24th, 2009 at 2:41 pm
Seriously I prefer my medal pedals cause it’s all I’ve really ever used. But that doesn’t mean I’m gona be afraid to try plastic pedals coming down hard or not. PEDALS are MENT to LAST if they don’t well boohoo, buy some more…Otherwise I like to hear the clink of the metal pedals when they hit my feet.

This generation of riders and the products is sad. All about being light. I’ve ridden light stuff only to have it break sooner than if it was heavier. You would get clowned years ago for riding plastic peadals, and I would clown you now. I’ve seen so many kids break and go thru so many different parts cuz their weak/light. These are the kids that snicker at me for riding parts a few years older, but I haven’t changed anything but grips in the time they went thru a bunch more parts, and I ride as hard as they do.

HAHA well 1.Plastic pedals dont last long enough for sealed bearing/bushels 2. if you take of the cap of the outside of the pedal remove the 1st nut thing then take a screwdriver [flathead] and theres a 2nd nut that is pretty small behind it is this sorta weird nut thing usually loose enough that you can take the screwdriver and tighten it ive done it and they become like new!… hope this helps
P.s
dont tighten the nut 2 tight with the screwdriver the pedal wont spin lulers!

6 diferent pedals
April 28th, 2009 at 11:56 am
9? i counted 6 pairs of pedals.. so 12 altogether
April 28th, 2009 at 6:34 pm
they should just make pc pedals with metal pins. that way just as light but grip lasts so much longer. and they should make a metal pedal frame and coat it with plastic- just as strong, doesn’t hurt as much.
May 24th, 2009 at 12:28 pm
11 coulers
May 27th, 2009 at 2:49 pm
why dont they just make the pedals out of lexan?? like the atom lab atomic pedals back in the day….its ballistic plastic…thus, strong as fuck. i mean, they use it for bulletproof windows!!! these pedals are weak as fuck. lexan=same cool colors, same weight, way stronger.
June 14th, 2009 at 6:45 pm
the hamialtins are stupid, i have never in my 12 years of riding bikes had to use a pedal wrench. yeah, im going to buy a special fing wrench to do the same thing as a 15mm… come on! it would be cheaper to buy a diferant kind of pedal than to buy a wrench to tighten them up. >ripped
