Modifications/Other/Extras: Nah, only when Martinez gets his hands on it! He starts grinding things down…looks sweet though when he’s done it.
Which parts do you go through the most?
Probably grips
Describe your bike setup and how you like your bike to feel…
My bike is short and sweet!
Why’d you take your brakes off?
Midlife crisis number five, haha! I’ve had them off now for three months and it feels great—just a new challenge. It’s a nightmare getting around town though, especially Hastings as the town is so hilly!
Why do you run plastic pedals?
I used to run MKS Graphite back in the day, so when I saw Odyssey had plastic pedals out I had to give them a try. Plus it saves my shins…nothing to do with saving weight.
Do you care how much your bike weighs?
Not really, I know its light though…couldn’t give you an exact weight though.
You’ve always been known for doing some burly grinds…why no grinder bars on the right side of your bike?
No idea, that could be mid life crisis number six.
Why do you currently have two different color grips?
Budget is tight at 4 Down for the old dudes…
Do you run any parts your distribution company (4 Down) doesn’t carry?
Yeah, Odyssey and Profile.
