Last week some of the Fit guys were in town filming for the new “Stay Fit” DVD. Since it was raining Van Homan, Dakota Roche, and Chase DeHart all dropped in the office to hang out for a bit. We brought out the video camera and captured a few candid minutes of friendly banter between them and our editors.
