It’s crazy how much can stay consistent and how much can change in five years. Keep up as we go through Septebmer 2007′s issue in this week’s edition of Throwback Thursday from five years ago.
Much like he is now for Cult's Talk is Cheap DVD, Dakota was about to finish up his Ride BMX Insight DVD section with filmmaker Ryan Navazio. Quite a bit has changed for Dakota since then–he's made the jump from Lotek to Vans, rides for Dan's Comp rather than Goods these days, and was a part of the Levi's and Primo programs at this time. However, there's no changing the fact that Dakota was still riding at an insanely progressive level, much as he is now. Five years down the line, and there's a good chance we'll be looking back as Dakota finishes another epic video section–some things never change.
