One of the great things about Dew Tour is that anyone can enter and everyone has an equal shot at coming out a champion at the end of the year. This afternoon 32 riders competed for the 13 open spots in prelims and it wasn’t easy for any of them. Check out the highlights from open qualifying along with the results of who you will see in prelims tomorrow.

No they didnt leave, but judges DO NOT like to see FMX tricks pulled in a bmx dirt contest. It is beyond cheesy. But I will give him an E for Effort.

This was an open qualifier, a lot of the top riders are pre-qualified from last year.

Joey Cordova is the MAN. He has done better in qualifying than sooo many of the pro’s in the last few years, and EVERY time they screw him around… dew tour is fixed!

you guys do know that the best of 2 out 3 runs are combined so you could have an amazing first run ( with a cliffhanger) to come in with a shitty run to average out in the 70s.

actually open qualifiers you get 2 runs and they take your best one.

wow thats lame, well travis i dont see why you are not in it then, after pulling a cliff hanger then ending it with a superman seat grab 360 that is a pretty soild run for that dirt course. i relly dont understand it
