How do you jump into the Hang 5? Do you guys push the bars first, then jump, or vice versa? Or is it together in one motion? Cheers

to jump into a hang5 u hop and when u reach the peak bring yours bars down and put your foot on your peg, then go from there

jumping into a hang 5 is that hardest part to keep your balance, there is no real way to explain it, just give it a try or learn them on flat ground first. Its a balance point that you get, once you have it, it won’t go away. That is the sweet part. so once you get it, you got it. Using a steeper fork like the 28mm offset is better for sure. I cut out my forks so its around 24 mm offset, so its really easy, not cheating though. I still get the job done…holla back with any questions, thanks
