Diamondback’s racer and dirt jumper Nate Berkheimer just got back from a trip around Nor Cal, Nevada, and Utah and put together this video from his trip…

Nate’s update from the Diamondback site:

“Here’s the latest on what’s been goin’ on…I just got back from a 9 day road trip through Northern Cali, Reno, and Salt Lake City. I hadn’t been on an actual “road trip” in a while. Got the opportunity to go on the road with John Bethers and Josh Hult doing some stunt shows along the way. It was a great time. Josh was here in Vegas for the Extreme Thing contest, rode with us out here for a few days, and then I hopped in his truck and headed to SLC with him. We met John at his house, loaded the truck, and headed west. We went through Reno on our way to Cali, stopped for a quick park session. We were in the Sacramento area for a couple days, then went up to Chico, then back to Sac, then on to Reno. We rode some really fun spots. In Folsom, CA was a public “dirt park”. If only all kids had something like that to grow up riding. We built trails over and over because of them getting torn down.

I’m back in Vegas now, on the bike every day that it isn’t windy. Getting’ ready for the races and contests coming up. I’m pre-qualified for this season’s Dew Tour, so that is a huge break for me. Only one open qualifier this year. It’s gonna be a tough one. I’ve just recently put together a new bike. It’s really cute! Haha. But it is pretty dialed! I haven’t had a complete new freestyle bike in over 5 years. I’m pretty happy about it. My powder coater got me all dialed in. My DB Venom is great!
