I feel like there’s a bunch of misconceptions about there being a digital version of Ride available, and our Senior Editor Keith Mulligan laid all of them to rest with this interview he did with Cody York of ESPN. Check out the interview here. The only thing it’s missing is a photo of Keith shredding. Slaaaaack! Want an excerpt?
“There are also some pretty cool benefits to the digital version. Readers can keyword search for their favorite riders, specific products, tricks, and anything else they may be looking for in articles. Our digital magazine also provides added value to our advertisers because they can add a web site link to their ad, a reader can link directly from the magazine to that site. The biggest benefit of offering digital subscriptions is the affordable price that readers can get a sub for. For only $9.97 a kid anywhere in the world can get Ride BMX. Print subscriptions can run anywhere from $20 to $45 depending on the location. So readers have easier and cheaper access to Ride, we get to grow our subscriber base globally, and it’s also a great alternative for those who are looking to have less impact on the environment.”

Oat cakes? I don’t think so. It’s all about Odwalla’s Mango Tango.
