You seem to do them so smooth but i dont know how you do the bend thing in your knees.

pointing your toes down also helps keep your back wheel up alot

you need to keep your arms and back locked in order to maintain a good nose wheelie, and just pump it with your hips/knees. pretent that you are like trying to hump the stem or sumthing.
