Nate Hanson has been involved in BMX for a long time as a rider, but in the past couple of years he has taken steps to insure that he will be able to make a lasting impression on the sport with more than just his riding. As the team manager for Etnies, and product designer for Fit Bike Co. and numerous other companies, Nate is leaving his mark on BMX in numerous ways. Of course, having this much on your plate makes life stressful at times, and when BMX becomes a full time job it can take the fun out of it. We talked to Nate to find out how he goes about his busy life and still manages to keep the fun in BMX. Perspectives: Pros speak out on Nate Hanson Editor’s Note: I’d like to thank Carl at Real Ride Skatepark in Lake Perris, California, for allowing us to have a private session at the park so we could get this interview done.
