After almost ten years, the Ramp Rats park in NorCal has closed it doors. Here are the highlights from one of the last sessions at the park. Cheers to Mike Krnaich for holding down the scene for close to a decade.
“Ramp Rats has been a huge part of the nor cal bmx community for the past 10 years. This was home to some of the best bmx riders in Northern California, and many kids grew up riding this park. Rider build and owned, Mike Krnaich former bmx pro build this park for the young bmx community to have a place to shred. Mike has hosted many jams, contest, partys, birthdays, lock downs and even had gatorade free flow contest continuously hosted at Ramp Rats. Its sad to see after ten years of memories and good times that this place had to shut down. This is the last jam ever hosted at Ramp Rats. Many Thanks go out to Zorg Bikes, Fdv Clothing, Gatorade for always supplying drinks at all the contests, and all the people that helped keep this place up and running for so long. And a special thanks to Mike Krnaich for making Ramp Rats a place for great memories and good times!”
