This is the very first installment of Throwback Thursday looking back at riders over their video sections and our inaugural candidate for this feature is none other than Chase Hawk. Fresh off of a 2012 filled with two of his best video parts yet and fresh on one of BMX’s most premiere teams (etnies) for 2013, Chase is a perfect candidate to open this series up with. Chase is easily in his prime right now but when you look at the older generation of riders Chase takes notes from, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Chase killing it just as hard ten years down the line–but for now, lets look at what the last decade has brought us from the Hawk.

This is a blast from the past. Chase looks almost too small for his bike in most of these clips, but the natural talent shines through with plenty of the day’s best ramp and trail moves being performed for the Manmade video.
