Fit has been killing it with the Throwback Thursday features, this time dropping Van Homan’s section from their Fit Life DVD. This is another classic Van section–plenty of the burly moves Van is known for to a classic song. With a mix of East Coast and West Coast footage, this is still one of my favorites. This is obviously a must watch–check the legend’s section out above.
