40-year-old Brian “Yella” Gavagan is someone I’m glad to have met through BMX and become friends with over the years. He’s one of the nicest, most genuine guys you’ll ever meet, with great stories from his world travels and experiences. Vert, flatland, dirt, ramps, street…Yella rides it all. If you’ve ever checked out the Denver scene you might have seen him in action, or if you’ve ever watched America’s Got Talent, you’ve probably witnessed him and his Yellow Designs Stunt Team performing on the show. This “mini biopic” was done by a friend of his for a film school project. My only gripe is that it barely scratched the surface of who he is. Would have loved to see more riding and hear some stories!
