My bars come 30″ wide, but I cut them a half inch on each side to make them 29″.
Which parts do you go through the most?
I go through grips and pedals the most.
Describe your bike setup and how you like your bike to feel…
I like my bike set up to have real high bars and everything tight. It feels pretty good.
What part are you most particular about or do you feel makes the biggest difference on your bike?
My bars. I like the feeling of having a high set of bars.
Do you remember your first “real” BMX bike?
Yeah it was a Powerlite. I rode it every day when I was 5.
Do you normally build up a whole new bike from the ground up, or do you just replace parts as needed?
No, not normally. I usually just get new parts and replace them as needed.
Are you particular about how much PSI you run in your tires?
Not really, but I have had 90 in both for a while.
How much input did you have on your split signature frame?
Stevie Churchill and I both had the same amount of input on the frame. I think and it feels amazing.
How did you and Stevie decide what you wanted in a frame? You both have such different styles…
Yeah we both ride very different, but like the same bike feel and setup. I like the 75 head tube and higher seat stay.
Where did the name of the frame come from?
I think Stevie named it. There was a bunch of names, but “Mystery Machine” was picked, haha.
