What were your goals when designing this product?
We are reintroducing this sprocket after lots of public demand. This is the sprocket that changed the BMX sprocket market and is currently the strongest sprocket available!
Why are your sprockets better than others, or what makes them different from others on the market?
It has five different crank arm bolt positions to help extent the life of the sprocket.
The sprocket is machined in a way that removes material from the triangle shaped holes that is not needed and leaves the material necessary to form a structure of high strength to weight. Classic looking design has a timeless appeal.

What were your goals when designing this product?
The Heat-Treated Sprocket is a new budget priced sprocket, but with high-end quality. It’s the first in a line of high quality Tree parts at affordable prices to riders, by designing parts in unique ways that will cost less to manufacture.
Why are your sprockets better than others, or what makes them different from others on the market?
The spline drive version has built in splines, so there is no additional manufacturing costs for making the spline insert. We chose 4140 steel because it is less expensive material compared to 7075 aluminum. Plus it is made from thinner stock and it takes less time to machine. The sprocket is thin metal that is the style direction of less bulky looking parts for BMX.
