What were your goals when designing this product?
To design a lightweight, aesthetically pleasing sprocket that wasn’t over-built or over-machined and could handle the day to day abuse of any rider.
Why are your sprockets better than others, or what makes them different from others on the market?
Whether you prefer bolt-type like Aaron Smith or splined drive like Rob Wise, both versions were tested and approved by the whole Demolition team. So you have the option to choose what you prefer. Not to mention, it was designed by the one and only Jason “Skier J” Eichhorst.

CNC machined from 6 mm thick, 7075 aluminum with a new tooth design to allow better chain engagement for a smoother wrap with less wear. Available only with a hardened steel splined insert, keyed for 19mm/ 48-splined spindles.
What were your goals when designing this product?
The F1 Splined was our first design of a splined drive sprocket. We decided to use the same classic and proven four spoke design from the original F1 sprocket but removed the sprocket bolt hole and added the splined insert. The end result was a simpler and much stronger version of the classic F1 sprocket.
Why are your sprockets better than others, or what makes them different from others on the market?
There are no gimmicks to complicate or jeopardize strength. Because of that, guys like Dennis Enarson, Chris Doyle, and Jason Enns have sworn by the F1 Splined sprocket for years.
