What were your goals when designing this product?
We wanted to design a lightweight and personal sprocket and with the 6061-T6 aluminum we use it’s worked out perfect. Very strong, and without the weight. Plus, with the clean circles design it fits in with the entire Fly Bikes product line well.
Why are your sprockets better than others, or what makes them different from others on the market?
As it has been CNC machined with 6061-T6 aluminum, and with the three circular cutouts this also helps save weight, but makes them still very strong. The laser-etched logos gives you the clean and simple look.
