GATORADE FREE FLOW TOUR TURNS OUT NEW FINALIST FOR BMX PARK
Incline Club Hosts Final BMX Park Contest for 2011 Season
Burr Ridge, Ill. – July 18, 2011 –This past weekend, the Gatorade Free Flow Tour hit Lakewood, N.J. for the final BMX park contest of the season. Incline Club brought out over 50 competitors and 200 spectators showcasing a lot of local talent and new faces. In the end, second-year competitor Jordan Prince took the first place finish, earning his trip to the Finals.
Incline Club hosted for the fourth consecutive year, with pro BMX locals Scotty Cranmer and Ronnie Surrage judging for the day. Sixteen-year-old Prince from Louisa, Ky. took the first place finish with consistent riding and a smooth finals run. There was a fight for second between two locals. Taking a close second was twenty-year-old Brad Kaminski from Lacey, N.J. and rounding out the podium was twenty-one-year-old Gary Nilsson from Avenal, N.J.
“I’m so excited to ride the Dew Tour course at the Gatorade Free Flow Tour Finals,” said Prince. “I love BMX!”
“Today was awesome. I love seeing the kids so excited to win, especially when you know they’ve put so much work into their riding,” said park owner Donna Cranmer.
Prince will be attending the BMX park Finals in Portland in conjunction with the Portland Invitational on August 11-14. The overall winners from the Gatorade Free Flow Tour Finals earn a prequalified spot in the Dew Tour Championships, where they will compete with the pros in Las Vegas this October.

Encompassing the “Flow to Pro” theme that is the cornerstone of the Gatorade Free Flow Tour, the Finals for 2011 will be held in conjunction with the Dew Tour, with Finalists competing on the professional contest courses. BMX Finals will be August 11-14 at the Portland Dew Tour, while Skateboarding Finals will be held September 8-11 in Salt Lake City, united with the Dew Tour’s Toyota Challenge. Each overall winner will earn a pre-qualified spot in October’s Dew Tour Championships, held in Las Vegas.
2011 Registration
All competitions are open to both male and female amateur competitors 21 and younger for all skate and BMX disciplines. There is a $15 entry fee, and all participants under the age of 18 must bring a parent or guardian to the event to sign a liability waiver.
