One of the worst tornados in history ripped through Joplin, Missouri this past week and devastated the town that is home to the annual JoMoPro contest. Unfortunately one local rider Lantz Hare lost his life due to the horrific storm, and another rider Jeff Sadler lost his home. Our thoughts are with everyone out there right now in this incredibly difficult time.
The Autumn Ramp Park (and its parent organization The Bridge) is currently set up as a center to help deliver supplies to victims. For more information about how you can help the people of Joplin please keep up with The Bridge’s Facebook page.

“Dirt Bros team rider Jeff Sadler lost his house on Sunday in the Joplin tornado. I talked to him today and he said he was salvaging wood from the house to build a ramp to give back to the bmx community because everybody has always meant so much to him. Lantz Hare, a great friend and fellow bmx rider lost his life in the storm. Lantz basically lived on his bike and he always had a huge smile on his face. He put in tons of time helping me re-model Autumn Ramp Park every year. We will miss him a ton!” -John Andrus
