Lucky bandanna, cut bars, and precise sticker placement, haha.
Which parts do you go through the most?
I would say cranks, but now I have the Subrosa Bitchin’ cranks and I have no problems. Really all the parts my sponsors make are badass.
Describe your bike setup and how you like your bike to feel…
Two or three pegs, no brakes, 21tt, 76° head angle for the nozzers. I like my bike to feel sturdy with a lil’ over average weight for the safety factor.
What part are you most particular about or do you feel makes the biggest difference on your bike?
When it looks that good it makes you want to ride it.
Do you remember your first “real” BMX bike?
Yeah, it was blue and chrome. I had it for about two weeks then this kid hit my crossbar with a pin hammer and the crossbar just fell straight off. It was pretty funny.
Do you typically replace parts as needed, or do you like to build up a whole new bike all at once?
I’d like to build up whole new bikes at once, but I usually just end up getting new bits when I need ‘em.
What’s up with the bandana on the seatpost?
Ermm…I don’t know. I’ve always had some sort of rag just dangling around on my bike, so whenever I find a new one it gets chucked on there. And also it might bring me luck.
