Unfortunately the wind was ridiculous during dirt prelims—constantly blowing with on and off heavy gusts, and switching directions every few seconds. So with that said, this is what the riders were able to get accomplished yesterday on the dirt course. It kind of seems disappointing for a contest of this caliber to be so tame, but the riders gave it all they had under the unfavorable conditions so you have to give them props.
