Which parts do you go through the most?
Tubes and headsets, definitely.
Describe your bike setup and how you like your bike to feel…
I like it to be solid and comfortable, definitely. Gotta be able to take a beating or I won’t trust it. All my friends seem to like my bike so must I be doin’ something right, haha.
What part are you most particular about or do you feel makes the biggest difference on your bike?
Umm, I’m really not to picky, I’ll ride anything. But if I had to pick, it would be the bars. Gotta be comfortable, man.
Do you remember your first “real” BMX bike?
Haha, yeah it was a DK 8-Pack. That thing was zoo rad, haha. Bright yellowish-gold that was ultra blingin’.
Over the past few years you’ve seem to have changed your bike setup quite a bit as far as taking the brakes and pegs off and putting them back on again… Why are you now running two pegs and no brakes, and why have you switched it up so much?
Haha, well when Ii was younger I stopped running pegs because I just wasn’t feeling them at the time. Then later on one day my breaks broke and just realized that the only trick I used breaks for were whips and I white-knuckled everything else, so I took ‘em off. And now I’ve been riddin’ street a lot more with the Down crew and just decided to keep my pegs on. And now this is where I’m at…just havin’ fun with the buddies.
