After riding his 100th pool almost two years ago, Dean Dickinson has been planning the Pink Motel Pool party to celebrate the milestone occasion. During the two years of planning and multiple fundraisers (the pool costs $200 an hour to rent), he managed to ride another 35 pools, and the Pink Motel was his 136th, and possibly the sweetest of them all. Riders from all over Southern California, Las Vegas, Arizona, and as far away as Oregon and Seattle came out for the special occasion. —Z

Vintage hotel in full effect.

Judging from Adam Banton's attire, he came ready to chill poolside.

Chester Blacksmith fell trying to icepick grind around the corner in the deep end and wound up with a separated shoulder. Gell well soon buddy!

John Bristol... the stickers on the helmet say it all... OG Animal right there.

Dean's best friends, Spencer McCabe (pegs) Austin McCabe (carve) had their doubles routine down.

Jim Bauer under, Adam Banton ice.

This trifecta of action is Bauer carving, Vince Kroff handplant, and Tom Dugan airing.

Dirt Ron came prepared to shred with the most stylish of helmets.

John Bristol layin' it down.

Dean's pool skating buddy from Portland, Confessor Mike, rocking a frontside air.

New school shredder, Tom Dugan, airs over old-school legend and freestyle pioneer, Ron Wilkerson, during the high air contest.

Ben Kellgren definitely got the most inverted all day.

Tom Dugan, lofty and dipped t-bog.

John Bristol, lookback.

Joe Dirt was spotted airing out his mullet,

Classic Sean "Fish" Hoskins style.

Dirt Ron was all about the lip tricks to fakie, nosepick to reverse.

John Bristol getting steezed out as seen through the legs of a cardboard Wolfman. Interesting.

Will Bissell, making the most of escaping the heat of Tucson, Arizona.

Sean Hoskins, tire grab.

John Bristol celebrated his 34th birthday on Friday, and then 540'd the Pink Motel on Saturday—it's going to be a good year for John.

Remnants of a bygone era.

Eat hotdogs?

There was a half-naked rockabilly girl getting photographed behind me while I was shooting photos of a pink building...

Bone Deth's Gnarliest Crash award recipient, Chester Blacksmith.

TEAM SHRALP's Chili Cheese Dog Challenge (Best Over Under) Vince Kroff, Tom Dugan, and Jim Bauer.

Highest air or skinniest shredder? Tom Dugan won either way.

Shred Boner award definitely went to Dirt Ron.

Best trick for a 540, John Bristol.
