Which parts do you go through the most? Apart from tubes, I think front spokes or grips. Describe your bike setup and how you like your bike to feel…
I have it set up real tall in the front because it feels good on my back. I like the tall feeling because it is more comfortable for whips and 360s.
What part are you most particular about or do you feel makes the biggest difference on your bike?
The bars. I’m so happy with the MadMax Bars—they are my favorite part on the bike.
Do you remember your first “real” BMX bike?
Yeah, Hoffman George was my first bike. What is the oldest part on your bike? Animal Jump-Off stem (from like 2005 or 2006), I’m gonna put one of the new “remixed” ones on like this week though.
How often do you build a new bike? Or do you just replace parts as needed?
Actually, I don’t like to get a new bike. I feel best on a bike that I have ridden for a while and that I’m used to. I try to only get new parts or a new bike if the old things are broken.
