Oceanside, CA (September 21, 2009) – EPIC Action Video Cam is pleased to announce their sponsorship of GT Bicycles and their Mountain Bike/BMX race programs for 2010. The GT Bicycles teams consist of world renowned MTB rider Mick Hannah and BMX Olympian Mike Day.
EPIC Action Video Cam’s are mini digital video camera’s that can quickly mount to any athlete’s equipment, including helmets, bicycles, cars/ trucks, motorcycles and more, for point-of-view video and photo capturing. The EPIC comes with a 2GB SD Card and 2 AAA batteries, giving user “out of the package” ability to shoot over 1-hour of nonstop video and sound. Also included are numerous attachments for different mounting options and a waterproof case to keep dirt and water out.
EPIC will debut their new 168 degree Wide Angle camera this week at the Interbike show in Las Vegas followed by their HD camera towards the end of 2009.
GT Factory MTB Rider, Mick Hannah, will also be signing autographs in EPIC’s booth, # 5430, during the show on Thursday, September 24th at 11AM.

The GT Bicycles Pro Team, with riders such as Mick Hannah and Mike Day, will utilize the cameras to film web videos for fans to experience the feeling of riding like a pro. GT Pro riders will also provide EPIC with continual product feedback to assist with future product updates and improvements. The GT Demo program will have an inventory of cameras for lucky demo riders to use at over 80 locations nationwide in 2010. The Dirt Coalition and Co-Factory grassroots program members will have access to purchase cameras at a discounted rate.
