This has been on the site before, but there are always new riders getting into BMX and stopping by our site so we want to help them get started with some basic moves so they can continue to progress and have fun on their bikes. Here is our old “Basics” how-to video broken into four sections for each discipline of riding. Watch, listen, learn, then ride!
